Drum Solo style is part of Middle Eastern dance, typically appears after a fast song as the climax of the entire show. Dancers usually showcase their best moves that brings down the house.

Practicing drum solo style requires one to understand various rhythms and patterns. Different drumming techniques create different texture & emotions, therefore dancers use varying techniques to showcase the depth of music. 

This 4-week course is a great way to build up your foundations. All participants will get a chance to perform at the Trinity Night event on 14 October 2023. 
 

What to wear: ​

• For the course, it is recommended to wear bellydance clothing, but not compulsory. No props required.

• For those performing on 14 Oct, it'll be compulsory to purchase bellydance clothes for performance. Kindly note that the cost of clothes are not included in the course fees.
