Aha Transform

The Aha Transform initiative aims to inspire everyone to cultivate regular exercise and healthy eating habits, making our bodies healthier and more vibrant. We firmly believe that each person is beautiful in their unique way, and true beauty is not necessarily tied to weight. Beauty is more about health, maintaining a good physique, and paying attention to our diet and exercise.

 

The primary objectives of this initiative include:

  • Promoting a Healthy Lifestyle: we encourage people to adopt healthier lifestyles, including regular exercise and a balanced diet. This helps enhance overall health and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.

  • Cultivating Good Dietary Habits: A healthy diet is crucial for shaping both our outward appearance and inner well-being. By providing healthy recipes and nutritional guidance, we hope participants can learn how to choose foods that suit their body's needs.

  • Boosting Physical Vitality: Regular exercise contributes to increased energy and endurance, improves posture and enhances body aesthetics. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in various forms of fitness activities.

  • Fostering Confidence and Self-esteem: By advocating for a healthy and positive lifestyle, we aim to help participants build confidence and self-esteem, recognizing that their worth is not solely determined by their appearance but also by their health and self-love.

  • Community Building: we will create a supportive community where participants can share experiences, goals and challenges, all working together to achieve healthier and more vibrant lives.

 

Through this initiative, we hope to ignite people's awareness of their health and bodies, help them shape a healthier & more confident image, and ultimately leading more fulfilling and energetic lives.

How to Participate

  1. Initial Data Collection. Please contact our customer service personnel to measure the dimensions of your waist, abdomen, and thighs, take photos from the front, side, and back, and record your weight and body fat data. All data and photos will be shared with you, and we will also keep a backup in the background.

  2. Setting Goals. Our professional instructors will suggest achievable goals for you to reach in three months based on your current physical condition and health aspirations. These goals may include losing xx kilograms of body fat, gaining xx kilograms of muscle, reducing xx centimeters in certain dimensions, and so on. To ensure training effectiveness and motivation, these goals should be set within a reasonably challenging but attainable range through effort.

  3. Active Exercise. Depending on your goals, our instructors will recommend suitable classes for you. You can also freely choose other classes you enjoy for your workouts. Within three months, you should complete at least 10 classes on Aha Move (any type of class is acceptable).

  4. Healthy Eating. "30% exercise + 70% diet" is a proven principle. Therefore, in addition to regular exercise, we will share healthy recipes to help you cultivate good dietary habits.

  5. Data Comparison and Reward. After three months, please contact our customer service personnel again to take photos, measure dimensions, and record various data, comparing them to the measurements from three months ago. If you achieve your goals, you will be eligible for rewards.

Rewards

All members who achieve their goals can receive a $100 discount.
This discount can be used for all classes and packages but cannot be combined with other discounts. It is valid for three months.
This challenge operates in three-month cycles and can be repeated. After completing one cycle, you can participate in the next cycle's challenge.
