If you‘ve always wondered how dancers can make the fan veils stream so effortlessly and elegantly through the air, then don't miss this workshop!
Dances with props do not require very strong emotions, performances are usually in groups, hence it emphasise more on the structure of your moves, which is very ideal for body reaction and coordination training. This workshop will contain less bellydance techniques, with more grand and majestic types of music to showcase the fan veil techniques and the flexibility of your body.
What to wear: clothing that allows you to dance and move freely without too much excess fabric around your arms (best to wear sleeveless or very loose tops with baggy sleeves)
What to bring: A pair of Fan Veils (if you have them). Instructor Zena will prepare some for loan to students during the workshop.
