If you are unsure about your body condition or your strength / flexibility, we encourage you to book our 1-on-1 trial class, after which our instructor will recommend classes based on your body condition and interest.

If you haven't been exercising for a while, or have certain body conditions and is unsure about the suitable classes for you, we highly recommend taking a 30-mins 1-on-1 trial class first. In this way, you will be able to get a better understanding of your current physical conditions, and also get a flavour of some classes with equipments (e.g. Aerial yoga, pilates reformer, yoga wheel), then you'll be able to make an informed decision.

Frequently Asked Questions & Precautions for Aerial Yoga

  1. Attire Requirements: Comfortable, form-fitting yoga attire and long pants.

  2. Pre-Class Preparation: It's advisable not to eat heavily before an aerial yoga class. Try to have your meal at least two hours before the class to avoid nausea, vomiting, or stomach discomfort. Please arrive five minutes early to the classroom to select your hammock and check if the height is suitable. Entry is prohibited 15 minutes after the class has begun.

  3. You can practice aerial yoga during your menstrual cycle, but it's not recommended to do inversions or any poses where the pelvis is higher than the chest.
